| Fantastic service from honest guys!!! Another dealer up the street told me I would have to replace all four tires -$1500 - on my BMW when ONE went flat. These guys measured my tread and plugged the hole for $45!! Honest service and quality service and great customer care. I will be back for everything now. |

| I am satisfied with the service I received however, I did ask while my brakes were being repaired for my splash guard to be posted back up. This was written on my receipt as well, so it was out in the system. I spent Nearly $600 at this establishment in two weeks time and I figured this would be an easy fix. I went to get my car after it was finished to see that the splash guard was indeed not repaired. I asked the gentleman at the counter and he said ?we would have to drill a hole and zip tie it together.? That?s totally fine, why didn?t they call me while the service was being done to ask me about it? He then said they?ll ?take care of it during my next service? like come on. It?s a simple fix and I really just wanted that taken care of. |

| I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and have always been satisfied with the service. This time I noticed a change in staff and it shows, my oil change and the switch of my summer to winter tires (all were mounted already) took almost 3 hours. This should have been maybe an hour and half job at the most. I will come back one more time, but if service isn't better I will be looking for another service center closer to home. |

| Put in a new turn signal bulb and never checked the turn signal to see if it worked now my turn signal blinks 90 to nothing g and I have to bring it back in to get it fixed. |

| Thanfully, only need a tire repair from a nail puncture! Prompt inspection and assessment of the issue. Prompt repair at a fair price! |
